  Rates Outside Cupar :-

• No mileage will be charged for areas within 3 miles of Cupar.
• A mileage charge of £0.25 per mile will apply beyond 3 miles.

  Other Small Pets

  We are happy to look after other small pets such as Guinea Pigs, Hens, Rats etc. Rates dependent on the time required.
   
   
   

  Booking

  • Call or use the enquiry form to check on availability.
  • Consultation visit . Usually only required for the first booking, unless there are significant changes to your previous booking.
  • Arrange date for pick up and delivery of keys.

  During the consultation we will discuss exactly what you are looking for , the nature of your pets, likes dislikes, type and quantity of food etc. A booking form will consolidate this information and is part of the terms and conditions of business.

  How do I make a booking?

  Once the initial enquiry has been taken, a free home visit will be arranged in your home. This gives us an opportunity to meet you and your pet and make sure that our services are appropriate. We will then complete a contract to cover the dates of service, emergency contact details, key collection/delivery and the cost. A deposit will be taken to secure the booking.

  What would happen if my pet became ill while away?

  At the free consultation visit, we will ask about the general health of your pet and if it is on any medication. We will also take your vet contact details. In the unfortunate event of your pet needing attention, PawsInFife will consult the vet and take the appropriate action as advised by the vet. Only If a visit to the vet is required, will an additional charge be applicable.
  Payment is due when your keys are returned.
